Siding

Ultimately, the best siding option for you will depend on your budget, the style you prefer, and the climate and environmental conditions in your area.

Wood Siding

Wood siding can be customized to fit a wide range of architectural styles and design preferences, and can be painted or stained to match the look of your building. However, it's important to note that wood siding can also have some potential drawbacks, such as the need for regular maintenance and protection from moisture, pests, and fire. It may also be more expensive than some other types of siding. Popular wood siding brands include Capecod, Maibec, and Fraiser.

Fiber-Cement

Unlike wood, which can rot or be damaged by moisture, fiber cement is a low-maintenance material that requires very little upkeep over time. It won't need to be repainted as frequently as other materials, and it doesn't require sealing or staining to maintain its durability. Some popular brands of fiber-cement are James Hardie, Nichiha, and Cerber.

Vinyl Siding

Vinyl is a type of plastic material that is commonly used for siding and other building materials. It is durable, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance, making it a popular choice for homeowners. Vinyl siding is available in a wide range of colors and styles, and it is relatively inexpensive compared to other siding materials. The most popular brands are Kaycan, Gentek, and Royal Building Products.

Engineered Wood

Engineered wood siding can offer several benefits over traditional wood siding, such as increased durability, resistance to moisture and pests, and lower maintenance requirements. It can also be designed to mimic the look of real wood and be finished with paints or stains to match your design preferences. Some popular engineered wood options are Maibec, Kaycan, and Newtech.

Aluminium Siding

Extruded aluminum siding is a popular and versatile material for exterior cladding and is used in a wide range of applications, from commercial buildings to residential homes. Some popular brands are Longboard, Kaycan, and Gentek.
